30 years of collecting shells from around the world including shells from the sea, rivers, on land and even as fossils. 25 years of opal mining has permitted this attractive display of rare opal collections, specimens and fossils from the major fields of Central Australia.

The Opal and Shell Museum sells unusual gifts, souvenirs, art pictures, shells, opals, crystals, minerals, specimens, fossils, jewellery and more.

Located opposite the Coachhouse Marina Resort and next to Catalina Country Club.

Ideally located on the Eurobodalla Coast, South East NSW (covering the areas of Batemans Bay, Moruya, Narooma and Tilba).

    2. Murramarang National Park Murramarang National Park protects over 11,977 hectares of coastal land between Kiola and Batemans Bay on the state's South Coast. Four offshore islands are also included in the park - Wasp Island, Grasshopper Island, Dawsons Island and O'Hara Island.
    3. Surf Beach Batemans Bay Located just a short 10 minute drive south of Batemans Bay central business district, this beach is very popular with both locals and visitors alike. Lots of grassy areas overlooking the beach providing pleasant spots for general relaxation. The beach is patrolled in peak season. Surf Club, change room and shower facilities are available.

There will be sculpture and craft with a Christmas theme.

Batemans Bay Annual Yellowfin Competition The Batemans Bay Annual Yellowfin Competition is one of the first and one of the biggest events on the Game-fishing calendar with entrants from New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. The tournament attracts men, women and children to the seaside town of Batemans Bay for the two days with the aim of serious fishing, tall tales of the one that got away and loads of enjoyment.
